These people falsely associated Katie Couric with this product

I was lured to buy this product when the website I was visiting, falsely associated Katie Couric with their product. I have contacted the phone number next to the charge on my credit card, but they will not stop sending the product. This is so frustrating. Somebody must do something to stop these people!
