It takes almost TWO month that I mada a purchase to this company and at the 11th September they took out of my credit card 251.93 US dollar and sent a receipt to me by e. Mail. I never received my purchase till today and I never had the chance to get a contact from them. I sent several e. Mails to them ([email protected]) claiming for my purchase and they dont even answer till today.
My e. Mail adress is correct, my phone number is correct ando my adrees in Portugal is complet and correct as was correct my credit card where they had any difficult to take the money off to this company.
Now Im giving Austin research Inst. To solve this problem in 48 hours or I wiil contact the FBI because this seems to be a fraud.
Im very worried with this situation as I found today on the NET other complains in the same conditions and with no way to have answers from them.
