I e-mailed this company calling itself Austin Research Institute Inc MD They sell a product called "SERITOL" They make truly fantastic claims for this product which is used to treat anxiety and depression, The product is not FDA approved. I challenged them to prove its true efficacy with the results of thier double blind tests as i saw no results on thier site. I have been caught by a scam company on the internet before. It was a case of once bitten twice shy. A menber of staff of Austin research customer sevice replied to me using foul language and telling me not to contact them. I post the texts of my e-mails and reply here so other prospective buyers might know how this company treats customers. They structue thier web-site to look highly professional. However it really is a question of Buyer beware.
