I ordered a web-based product from this company. I discovered that I could no longer access my account as my log-in was denied. I made numerous attempts to contact Austin Research; the only option using their phone number is to leave a voice mail however the message on the voicemail says that the box is full (it's been full for over two weeks) and my emails have gotten no reponse. It didn't take long for me to get fed up so now, instead of trying to get some help, I decided to get a refund. I tried to put a stop on my credit card unfortunalte the bank cannot do anything because it was a check card. And now, doing a bit of research, it didn't take long to realize that I've been ripped off. Naturally I'm pissed off but I've also learned a valuable lesson - that from now on I will research any company I'm considering doing any kind of on-line business with. They'll get theirs. But I'd still like my $59.99 back.
