Fullfillment - ipgreatonline sent product I didn't order. Charged 89.31 deducted from my account—monthly for something I can get at the grocery store

I thought I was taking a Walmart survey, say yes to trial products, now my account is being eaten alive with charges of 89.31 and now 92. Oo. I stopped one transaction but they changed names and it went through again. Company will not refund money even though I haven't used it. The flyer that came with the 2nd shipment stated hasslefree service. Not true
