I answered an ad for a "free trial" of the product "Colon Cure". The ad states it only charges $3.95 for Shipping & Handling. No other charges. I received a charge of $89.13 which casused my account to be overdrawn. I notified my bank that I didnt know what the charge was for. The responded that I could call the company as they had left their phone number. I called the customer service line. The rep stated that there are terms & conditions stating that it is a 14day trial & if theres no cancellation w/in that 14day trial period they auto enroll you into the monthly service. I advised him there were no tersm & conditions listed. No working links on the site that I had gone to except for the one that needed the C-card info to order. The rep did cancel my account & stated he would request the refund. Should have it in 7 business days. I will keep you posted if it happens or not.
