I wanted to order 1 set of the fitness video and product. I went through all the steps of filling in name, address, quantity ordered, etc. Then I was asked if I want some other monthly products. I clicked "NO"!! But the site wasn't responding. 2 clicks later I noticed I had not 1 set ordered but THREE!
I tried to change the quantity back to 1 but was not successful. The site only allows you to increase and not decrease the quantity ordered. I did't worry too much because I was still 2 final steps from confirming my order (according to the step tabs at the the top of page). All reputable sites allow you to reveiw all the infomation. So I immediately shut down the web site and even disconnected from the internet. That didn't work - I received confirmatin that I had ordered 3 sets. The order could not be cancelled.
I contacted the credit card company and told them of the fraudulent charge. They said they would work with me and reverse the charge through their complaints department. I just needed proof that the parcel was returned. Hopefully I'm only out the $14.00 shipping charge to return the product and not $375.00 Canadian.
