My complaint is identical to many, many I read on your complaints page. I ordered a free sample o Acai Pure Trial, to pay shipping only which was $4.95. When my order arrived, they sent gum and hoodiawater (whatever the heck that is) and charged my account $44.85. When I tried to call to get a Return Merchandise Authorization, the wait was over 45 minutes. This is truly a scam. How in the world am I going to get reimbursed. They said I cannot return it without the RMA. Please advise. I am very unhappy about this.
