Paid postage on sample now it keeps coming every month at 75.00 each time do not want never asked for it but they keep sending every month

I put in my visa nu. To pay for shipping only on a sample of colon cleans. To my supprise every month i receive a bottle of 60 tablets of colon clensat a cost of 75.00 each month. Have received my sample of 10 plus 2 bottles of 60 tabs each at a cost of 75.00 a bottle not asked for at all how do i stop recieving this each month???
