Jody Frey needs to be taken down.in a recent custody case involving my 3 boys and the abuse/violent discipline they experienced at the hands of their biological father, Frey was bought out by his side, and disobeyed the Judge's direct court orders and rules therein when appointed as Court Witness in the case.
Not only was every aspect of his evaluation warped and biased due to the "buy-out", but he didn't even do a complete or thorough evaluation of all 3 children. He skipped one all together, brushed the abuse under the rug, and after being appointed a court witness, met with (and got paid by) opposing counsel, which directly violated court orders. He shifted his story once he was paid out (who knows how much), and played the game on the stand, under oath.
Somehow our legal system, all the way to the top, is so corrupt that he has gotten away with destroying families and dooming children to be placed back in dangerous homes.
