We took advantage of a trial offer of HoodiaStar. We decided we didn't want it, sent back the unopened bottle and told them to cancel our "subscription, " which they did. However, we just recently noticed monthly charges of $39.95 for something called Fit Factory.
I called the 800 number associated with the charge and was told it was an online weight management program. We don't remember seeing ANYTHING in the fine print that would have told us we were agreeing to pay $40 a month for an online weight management program.
I called and got the charges stopped, but I haven't gotten any of the money refunded - yet.
