Order 14 day free trail of product which was only for shipping and handling. Never received product and then 12 days later received another shipment and a charge to my account for $80. The customer service number took me 2 days and 6 calls to get through to and they state the 14 day trail starts the day you order not the day your receive merchandise. Never received trial offer so never canceled. Call after receiving charges of $80 on account. The company states they do not give refunds any under circumstances.
Just another free trial that takes you for a ride!!! They are purposely ripping off customers with sneaky tricks.
