Can't bill insurance or medicare correctly then holds the customer responsible
When I ordered supplies I sent my insurance information which is a Medicare Advantage Private Fee-For-Service plan. My plan will pay 100% of all my diabetic supplies. When I received the supplies from Liberty I was billed for 20% of the cost. They informed me that was the co-pay for medicare users. ...
