I recently ordered what I thought was a free sample from this company - at least that is what they claim it is for $4.95 - a shipping and handling fee. I never received the sample. Not only did my card get charged the S/H fee, but 2 weeks later I noticed a $69.87 charge on my checking account (debit card) from a company called, "DRI. REG".
They do the charging for WU-YI pixie pack. They gave me the number for WU-YI pixie pack and said I would have to call them for a refund.
I called WU-YI pixie pack and a woman answered the phone. She said after the "14 day trial period" which they start as soon as you order the product that they never ship - you are automatically enrolled in their "monthly" membership.
I told her I never received the free sample in the first place - and I wanted a refund of the $69.87 and all charges to STOP. She told me that it would be "no problem" to get a refund, but her "system" was down. I called back an hour later and the same woman answered the phone and said the "system" was still down.
That's when I found another complaints filed for this company. As well as complaints on internet boards (yahoo, etc.).
This company is clearly stealing money from people's bank accounts without authorization. I plan to report them to the FTC, to dispute and stop all charges from them with my bank, and report their company to any other place I can think of.
