I ordered a free trial offer for Bromalite. No where did it state I would be ordering Pixie Tea. I have no idea what Pixie Tea is. I was billed the 4.95 for the Bromalite. And 39.95 for the tea. I did not want or order the tea.
After being on hold for 45 minutes, a young man came on the line and asked how he could help me. I explained I did not order his product and I want the amount credited back to my account. He was nasty. He said it would take 7-14 days for the amount to be reversed.
I have also cancelled the Bromalite and can't wait to see what surprises are in store for me. Like many others, I do not mind paying for what I order, but I do not intend to pay for something I have never heard of.
