Tried free trial offer and have been charged twice for product i did not order, sent back the product and no response from them

This company is a ripoff, they send you the product and there isn't anyway to get in touch with them. They keep charging my account for the product that i have sent back and it was before the 30 days were up. They do not answer the phone and the email address is not available. Thank you
