I ordered PediPaws from Telebrands and specifically declined there free product "Shedender" but my card was still charged for the S&H for the Shedender of $7.99. I telephoned several times and no one from customer service would answer it is a recording played over and over stating how busy they are. When I received the emailed receipt it had a email for customer service of: [email protected] so of course I could not even email them. BEWARE stay far away from Telebrands if you do not want to be RIPPED OFF!!!
