It's all about the free trial offer isn't it these days! In our barage of check this box to approve terms, read the entire confirmation email, etc. It is just SO easy to miss the part about you signing up for an onging shipment that comes with an $80 price tag each month. What??? Yes, this company is one of those.
It's interesting that when I called the company to ask why they sent two free trials and then billed me for the second one ($78.41 to be exact) they told me that this was all listed in the online terms box that I should have read. I told their representative that it's handy to bury such important information and he assured me that it was in 12 point font!!! Do you think people have called about this before? Maybe he just has an amazing eye for detail.
I have just read another report that said they refused to credit the return shipment. Hmmm, I just got my approval to return the second shipment that is going to be $84 on my next statement. What a scam! If they refuse to credit me on this I'll be sure to let you know all about it.
My husband didn't care much for the product and it didn't do anything at all and now they've got over $160 of my money.
Awaiting my refund... More on that later!
