I responded to an e-mail for Acai berry that was supposed to be a sample and the charges were the shipping and handliing. 14 days later, I saw a charge for a months supply and it was a charge for $89.31. I called the company and was told that if I didn't respond within 14 days, I would be charged and the months supply would be sent. I didn't see the sentence for respondiing within 14 days. Also included in the same advertisement was a sample for colon cleanse and green tea capsules, for an additional $1.00 shipping.
T0day, I saw another charge for $88.97 from my bank acccount. I tried to call the number on my account (866-440-7533) and no one responds to the call. (just a recording that i was to wait until "they" found my party) No one answers the call. I know that I was ripped off. The note with the sample of Acai berry explains the 14 day waiting period they explained on the phone. No such 14 day period was listed on the internet site!
