I did not order this stuff and do not want it. I called the number and after 2 days, finally got an answer and was told to e-mail [email protected] to get the RMA to return the material. No response from this billing dept. Which is required for a return. I called back and requested a phone number for the billing dept. And was told there isn't one.
This company deducted the $88.97 illegally from my account and now I am having to close the account since this rip-off company has access to it. A class action suit needs to be filed on this company immediately! Just like the other complaints I have read about this company, it was an invitation for a free trial of this item with only s & h required. How they get access to our accounts just from paying shipping and handling should be illegal.
