This company sent me an email offering a free trial offer for which I would only be charged shipping and handling. When I checked my bank records online, I noticed I was also charged for shipping insurance, which I did not authorize.
Today, I checked my bank records again and noticed a payment of $88.97 charged to my account by this same company. Not only was this not authorized by me, but the trial offer was never sent to me. I have notified my bank of this.
Everytime I try to call IWin Herbal, my call is either not answered or a garbled message stating the email address is given.
