I have been trying to collect what is owed to me from them closing down. Wendy gave me my paperwork that shows credit of 91.05 and I paid for an additional year for $99.00. I never received my check refund for keeping it off of $130.25. They still owe me product too. I have contacted LA Weight Loss and they tell me it is up to the franchise owner. Mr. Goodman to give me a refund. Many calls and messages left at his office number of 615-385-9775, but no response. I am glad for the weight loss but would like them to keep their end of the contract!!!
