I am having $19.95 taken out of my account for the past 5 months. It was only supposed to be taken out once for a book they sent me. They do not answer my e mails

I have had $19.95 taken out of my account for the past five months. The company was only supposed to take it out once for a book they sent me. I am trying to contact them but they do not have a phone number and when I e mail them they do not answer me.
