Exactly the same things have happened to me when I cancelled a Hydroxatone order within 12 hours of my phone conversation. I felt that the male sales person was pushy and wanting me to purchase 2 jars when I hadn't even had a 30 trial.
I found my credit card billed and called the credit card company to tell them I even had a cancellation number from Bellezza's sales person. The credit card company said they would put in a dispute with the company but I had to pay anyway. I say NO WAY will I pay for something I rightfully cancelled and had been acknowledged as cancelled by Bellezza.
