A few years ago, Ballys was find by NYS for fraud. They were instructed to refund thousands of customers, of course they did not. Most of their members who were ripped off left and stop paying.in 2008 Bally's came up with a new scam. They sent special mailing to members inviting them to join for a special pricing. After prior members signed up, agreed to a waiver not to sue Bally's and prepay their dues. Bally's, through a collection agency started filing claims to these individuals for any prior dues that may have accumulated. How low can a large company like Ballys go. Everyone who joined under this come back program should use the 60 day period to cancel and get a full refund. I am sure that people form all States have experienced similar practices from Ballys. People should start filing complaints with their State Attorney General Office. BALLY'S should be investigated and put out of business.
