The pills did not do what I hoped for, so I desitet I will cancel before my 15 Days is up. I called the number on the bottle, it was not in service. I pulled up my E-Statements and looked for the $4.95 charge and there was a number so I called.
I talked to a guy named Bill, I said I want to cancel and he asked me for my zipcode and my name, so I gave him the info, he asked why I wanted to cancel so soon, I said because the pills dont do nothing for me and I wanted to make sure I cancel before my 15 Days were up, Bill said it was taken care of and it was canceld. He was not very profesional, he wanted to hang up the phone but I said that I needet a confermation # and he gave me a number which was 347738!
Later that night, I checked my account... Which I do every night... To see to my shock that they took out $85.00, I was very mad and called back.
This time I talked to Mark... Which I asked for Bill and he was not in... But Mark soundet just like Bill. I touled him my story and he said that the order was allready prossesed on 6-24 and that he couled not help me. He said in orter to get my money back I would have to go to there Web page and cancel that way. There is no web page and I dont have a way I can cancel taht oreder to get my money back.
Mark said that he cant do nothing to help me, I would have to wait for my order and then send it back to get my money.
What should I do? I'm a single Mom of to small children and I needet the money, I'm so mad right now, and I dont know if there is a shipment comming or if that is a scam too.
