I ordered one month supply of mioplex from bioland. I only authorized my credit card to be charged for this one amount. A few weeks later I recieved a package from bioland for two more monthly supplies. My credit card was charged for these items I did not authorize.
When I called Bioland I was told that I was automaticaly enrolled in their monthly program. When I told them that I never agreed to this, I was told that somewhere in their advertisement it states that I would be auto enrolled. I was also told that I could not send back the package even though the package was never open. Now isn't that conveniant.
This company is a ripoff, this is fraud.
