After ordering mioplex boland billed my account again 60 days later. They said to receive a credit i must fill out some survey and have it notorized and sent back certified mail.
Now i have done this, except i refused to do their survey because it had nothing to due with their billing error. So they have denied my claim stating that i must follow their demands exactly.
My credit card company said they can't do anything at this time, but since i requested in my letter to boland that they remove me from any mailing list and to never bill my account again, i must now wait to see if boland again bills my account before the credit card company will reverse the payment.
In the mean time i am going to file a complaint with the credit card company and have them reverse the first billing. This may be a little embarrassing, but thats what boland naturals is depending on!
