This company is a joke, they advertise a 30 day guarentee, they charge you an initial 14.95. I ordered this product and called before I recieved the product to cancell it. They told me to deny the package and when they recieve it at the warehouse they will refund the 14.95.
Its been 3 months, Ive called a m illion times, almost everyday and never recieved my money. I then called for the last week and everyday asked to speak with a supervisor, No one could ever get me to a sup. I left my number with 2 representatives and a sup never called me back.
I wake up the next morning hoping to see my 14.95 back in my account. A 30.00 charge was taking from the company. This was just the beginning I thought. I was trying to be a good customer and not go to my bank and just charge it back but I have no choice, almost 3 months later 45.00 in the hole and the company will not put my money in the account. Every time I call they say 3-5 days, Do they mean months?
Ive never reported a company to usacomplaints.com but this is the worst company Ive ever dealt with.
