June 13 I went to Western Dental because I was having pain. They decided to do a cleaning and pull the one tooth. I told the dentist that I wasn't numb but he refused to listen to me. He gave me some more shots in the mouth and did all the work including the extraction even though I wasn't numb and I kept telling him I wasn't numb. I also feel they tried to rip me off by wanting to charge me for things I didn't want and didn't need.
There is no excuse for a person to continue to work on your mouth even though you are in obvious pain. They also said something about the tooth being infected but they didn't give me a perscription for antibotics or anything. I was in so much pain when I left there it was terrible.
I don't know if they were using some kind of watered down novacaine or what but it didn't do the job.
