I purchased two gift certificates for massage sessions at a price of $75 each. One was redeemed and just a year later I called to make sure the second one was still valid. I was told that it was and I could still use it. There was no expireation on the certificate either. Only a week after calling I called again to make an appointment and I was told that they were no appointment availalbe due to their holiday rush. So I said I would try back in another week. I also use the salon for tanning. That same week that I had called I drove to the boutique to tan and the store was closed. They were gone with no notice or forwarding address and the phone number was disconected. I am sure they were not really booked for the holidays and knew they were closing. Just disapearing and with my money.
