In April, I ordered a free 30 day trial of Cigarest, I had to pay the shipping. I noticed the shipping of $6.95 was taken out by Cigarest in 6 small incruitments. Once I received the order, I called the company and requested no more shipments and confirmed that I would not be billed anymore than the $6.95 I had already paid. Today I noticed a $69.00 charge on my debit card. I called Cigarest, who denied any responsibility as Loving Essentials sells their products. I am reminding you, Cigarest is the company that took out the shipping charges. They had my debit card number and read me back the last four digits and informed me... It was the numbers on that card I would need to provide when calling Loving Essentials as that is how my order is tracked. I reminded them... Giving those numbers out is what caused this problem in the first place. The lady I was speaking to "Completely understood but assured me... Providing that information when I called the number she gave me for Loving Essentials would be the only way I would be able to speak directly with a customer service agent at Loving Essentials. I called the number and after pushing numerous buttons I was able to provide my phone number and the pleasant automated voice told me "A refund would be made." I have contacted my bank, but can't do anything until the charge has went through and is no longer pending. I sent Cigarest an email. I am scared to death they will keep taking money out of my account!
