I placed an order in Feb 25 and paid $81. I received 2 bottles of pills shortly after. The pills did not work for me. Complete waste of money. I thought little of it, until I received 2 more bottles of pills on 5-6-08 which I DID NOT order. I pulled up my bank account and discovered this company drafted my account on April 25. I phoned Lipozene right away and was told that I "signed myself up" for refils because I did not respond to a letter they claim to have sent explaining that they would automatically send me more pills unless I responded within 30 days to decline??? I NEVER got a letter with either shipment of pills or any other time explaining any such thing!

The first words out of the CS reps mouth were, "Sorry, you can't return them either." NOTHING was in the box aside from 2 bottles of pills and an invoice for that initial order showing my payment method. I requested to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for over 40 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked for a manager, was placed on hold again for nearly 45 minutes. I am currently sitting on hold, this time for 22 minutes (and counting) after asking for a supervisor or manager and briefly explaining my situation.
I phoned the bank in between and am disputing the charge from April 25 and putting a block on any future drafts from this company. As a result, to date, I am out of $139 (including a $25 stop payment charge from the bank) and over two hours of my time and stuck with 4 bottles of TOTALLY useless pills. WATCH OUT for this company.
