Power Tea Received Not Ordered

I had been taking a look at the artice on the site about

Oprah promoting the Ability Green Tea Extract for fat and that I did I believe load the title and tackle component out-but once they needed my creditcardnumber I chose to stop however they delivered it anyhow and that I want to return it, nor need anymore. Please recommend me how to proceed about that issue. Cheers.
