Roswell Medical Center Harrassed after being ripped off

I have experienced a similar situation in regards to Roswell Medical Center. I was in there and they said all I had to pay was my copay of $100.instead I now get billed $442 and the collection agency NCC said I could also have to pay a $595 garnishment fee. Can they charge a $595 fee, I told them to sue me and good luck
