Keeps charging my credit card even after I cancelled the services when I received their trial offe

I signed up with this company to try out their product and once I realized that it wasn't what I was looking for I tried several times to contact them at first and I never did receive a answer. Well in the process of trying to cancell the service I get charged for another bottle. I finally get through to someone on the phone whom was very rude and told me that they couldn't refund my money nor cancell my services. I need help with this matter because they have charged my account again for something that I don't use.
