April 22 I ordered the clense product on mar. 7. I cancled the order the following day Due to a family pet emergency vet. Bill of over $300.00 I was given a verbal gurantee that it was not a problem that the co I.T. V hosting Danny Vera selling his product: season of Almighty clense-Capsules for $69.95 shipping of $9.95 total of $79.90, would not be sent, nor would they charge my card. I was given a ph. # of 800-942-2443 and 978-299-2299 for the custumer service #, s upon canceling on the date of mar, 8th, 08, again with a verbal Guarntee. Much to my surprise my credit card was charged after the fact and I was not aware until I recieved the producton Mar, 17th, 08 I immediately contacted Frank and spoke with him indicating I on this date am going to the post office sending back the product with the cancelation # he provided of 6266428. I have in my person the U.S. Postal service delievery confirmation "receipt postmarked as aformentioned priority mail. Todate I have not recieved my monies back. I am on a limited income I hope to resolve this in a fair and timely manne
