When I applied for insurance with a company called "healthnet" I somehow was enrolled with CWA. Original effective date was supposed to be 2/1/08; however, they decided to make it 3/1/08. Was told that money would be automatically taken from my checking account the 18th of each month for the following month. On 2/13/08 money taken out for March, on 3/6/08 money taken out for April??? And on 4/3/08 money taken out for May!!!
After numerous calls to inquire about the three withdrawals was told there was nothing they could do and that they would not change the date to the 18th and they hung up on me (Angelina very rude customer service rep - I use the term loosely). I have never dealt with an insurance company that is not available in the evening or on Saturdays. When you do call, it is at least a 15 minute hold. Then you are placed on hold everytime you ask a question. Everytime I call they ask for a callback number, have yet to receive a call from anyone at their 800#. HELLO??? This is probably the worst support group I have ever dealt with. Will certainly look into changing companies.
