I have been an agent for the company for several years. I love my job as an agent helping self employed recieve affordable health coverage. My customers are happy, pleased and relieved at the benefits and assistance I and my company provide.
The rumer that our name was altered to cover our past is incorrect. Our stock changed from public to private, we then joined with another fortune 500 company for a even stronger financial support for our customers.
We alow our customers to custome taylor their own plans. Sometimes cost is an issue and the plan lack in some benefits to keep them from being uninsured, some coverage is better than no coverage. Other customers build plan strong and rich in coverage without any out of pocket and with a stop loss and 5 million dollars in coverage.
Please be aware of the horrible things you say about this company. They are providing unique coverage to a unique individual. With any business you wont be able to please each customer. Our plans are for intelegent people, however agents do sell to uninteligent individuals who are building a weak plan around cost and later file suits for uncovered costs. We are a legal company ran by the same regulations as every other company. I wouldnt work for any other health insurance provider, this is my home and its provided a stable, strong income and future for my family.
