When I call them, the lady on the phone says there having trouble with the phones. If you don't get through, call back. The automated information was given on phone, but still no return call. Had a stop payment put on the company in case of another withdrawal. It was suppose to let people have a trial for thirty days, then if I didn't want it I could send it back. I haven't had it but a little over a week. Tried to call the next day to cancel but no answer. Sent E-mail too, but still no answer.
