I ordered ivory white on March 27, reluctantly. I was informed by a Jefferson McDonald that the cancelation process would be easy. I have tried the web address given me to cancel and I cannot get through. I also called the number only to hear a recording about ivory white for 30 minutes. I am presently on the last day to cancel. I will try again tomorrow, as this product has caused more sensitivity in my teeth and I have a dentist appointment in three days...
