I ordered online, never received the product.
Called numerous times, mostly get voice mail, when I do get a person they tell me they will ship it right out. One guy even told me he would call me when it was shipped. Another guy told me he was going to ship double what I ordered because I had waited so long.
They never returned a single call from the voice mail messages I left. I also sent several faxes and several e-mails with no results. The last e-mail I asked them to at least have the courtesy to tell me if they do not plan to ship the product.
