Beware of FREE Trials

I responded to an offer that was for a sample of their product for $4.87 for a free trial to try and see if I liked it and if not to get ahold of them and cancel any further shipments of the product in which I did a few days later. Next thing I knew I found charges of $78.41 on my checking statement and have not received any product for them. When I contacted them this is what they said,

Unfortunately we are unable to locate your account using the information you have provided us.in order to process your request properly we ask that you please contact our customer service team by calling 1-800-730-0042 Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

I asked for a refund and still they have not credited my account nor will my bank Washington Mutual. I have never received any other products from them but they charged me for it.
