Frontier Pharmacy
A charge of 48.76 was charged to my account as well as a 19.95 membership fee

I recently was looking at my bank statement and saw a charge for natural diet pillz of 48.76, and a charge for 19.95 from another company. I did not make these charges. I did not order anything from natural diet pillz.

I called the number located next to the 19.95 charge on my bank statement and reached a person he said he would cancel my membership fee and refund my account. I did shortly after recieve an email stating my monthly membership had been cancelled. I did call my bank and because the fees were still pending they said to call back once they cleared to file a claim.

I have called every number I have found and can not speak to anyone from frontier pharmacy. I did get an email from someone stating that I placed an order and the charges applied. How ever when I email this person back no response is given. I am so frustrated and don't understand how this happen.
