Send me an unsolicited box of face cream de-wrinkler & charged me $21.13 S & H

I did receive an envelope with a FREE tube of de-wrinkling cream, and then a week later the unsolicited page through the mail, with the charge of $21.13

I am on social security and can't afford such luxuries. I did not request this product, but now have to take it back to the post office. A big inconvenience
as I have no vehicle and post office won't take it back from the HUD building I live in.

I feel tricked by such marketing tactics! So I kept the box (unopened for three months to inconvenience the company right back!)
