Do not respond by phone, email address not function

I would like to return the GREEN TEA EXTREME product as per billing note instructions, after numeral phone calls and leaving messages I could not obtain a RMA number to return this product. Nobody returning the phone calls. Web side does not working to be able to send request for RMA number by email.
