I purchased some medication on the 29th of Jan. My credit card was billed for it but after waiting for 3 weeks i had still not received what i bought. I contacted the online customer support of Aclepsa who asked me to send an email to [email protected] for more information. Their 'excuse' was that they recently had a change of management (interesting excuse for items payed for but not delivered). They also promised that i would get a response in 48 hours.
I did email as asked and included all purchase details but after 4 days waiting. Still no response. I contacted the online customer service again and i was then given then amazing advice that i should resolve this through my credit card provider! This is the clearest rip off i can ever imagine...
I guess i should have checked the tons of complaints already filed before giving my money away for nothing. What follows is an extract of my payment receipt i received from wonderful Aclepsa:
