In mid-January, I paid Aclepsa.com $66.50 for a product, which Aclepsa never delievered to me. On January 17, I received an approval e-mail, informing me the product had already been shipped.
Two months later I have not received the product.
Aclepsa has not responded to my e-mail inquiries.
Aclepsa has not responded to my Acelpsa web-site inquiries.
I cannot reach Aclepsa via the telephone, because their toll-free number is only available from certain countries. There is NO non-toll-free number available.
I want what I ordered OR I want my money back. Aclepsa should NOT charge for items that they do not deliver.
