Exremly Rude Customer Service Rep who calls himself Jason

Now this makes sense, I just called this company few minutes ago. And spoke to an extremely rude customer service rep named Jason. He even had the nerve to hang up on me. While I have not been charged other than for the shipping trial period, I figured if they have people like that answering the phone, there must be something wrong with this company, so I did some research and came upon this site. The address I have for this company is in Florida although they do seem to be based in Arizona as they are in different time zone (I'm on the East coast). They are very quick to blame you for their mistakes.

I received the product after I had cancelled it, and after the 30 day trail period was over, then Jason gets very terse with me stating that I put in the wrong address that's why it took so long to get it.interesting because if I put in the wrong address, how were they able to charge my card? I worked for customer service in the past and if the name and the billing address on the card do match, the charge will not go through. I too was told the manager's name is Roger as I wanted to inform him of Jason's unprofessionalism. I had a feeling I was being lied to as no one wants to give out their last name, I've never heard of a legitimate company doing that.

Luckily I have a great credit card company who I explained the situation to, and set it up so that this company can never charge my card again.
