This program is a fraud it is utterly impossible to effectively put yourself under hypnosis if anything at all listening to this man's lulling voice will put you to sleep and the tapes inform you that if you fall asleep you will not here or recieve any of the messages so how will help you it won't I find my self eating more now because once again I have been sucked into another scam that has no real help. I purchased the MP3 player with all of this companies programs preloaded for 69.90 which and additional 9.95 was added for rush delivery which did not occur and in addition to that the invoice was to charge me an additional 49.90 in 30 days for the think and not lose CD that was preloaded on the MP3 player as well at any rate this is some bogus sh— if you have not ordered pleeeeeze don't!
